The community hall in North Barrow was constructed in 1998.  It has a large main function room, a smaller committee room and a well equipped kitchen.

Main Hall      The hall is 12m by 17m with a polished sprung wooden floor. There are plenty of electrical points, and the hall is fitted with softer mood-lighting.

Note: Tables and chairs are included within the hall hire prices.

                            

Committee Room     Space for 20 seated people with tables, 30 people without. The room is carpeted, has a fridge/freezer and sink.

Kitchen     Fully equipped with a double-sink unit, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge and microwave.

General    All hall booking charges include heating, lighting, furniture, car parking (25 spaces plus 2 for people with disabilities) and use of the kitchen. WiFi is available throughout the building at a small extra cost.

disabled logo      Most areas are accessible for people with disabilities, including car parking, entrance hall, event hall, plus toilet for people with disabilities.

Play Area    The children’s play area reopened on 5th December 2015, offering children outdoor activity and a picnic area.

Our childrens play area under goes an annual inspection carried out by The Play Inspection Company.
